Sarah Ban Breathnach talked about "re-embodiment," similar to reincarnation but within the same lifetime, while you're still alive.

It sounds like you're at the start of this part of the journey. It won't be easy. It will be worth it. I think your doll will be able to help you through the very intense parts. Ask her.

Big (energetic) hug to you in the meantime, along with my support.

I get the impression that the pelvic stuff was very much a reminder to take things slowly. xx

in tears as i finish reading this. that you have a therapist you trust as you read The Body Keeps the Score...so important as i heard someone say (i believe it was Sophie Strand) that reading the book can re-traumatize. to allow us to witness your journey amid all that is unfolding. please be gentle and tender with your heart...and body.

I am incredibly grateful that I have people around me to help me. It's far, far more difficult than I imagined. x

Thanks for this, so honest. Tilting to feminine isn’t easy when so much of our culture often only values rational doing and masculine energy. I found Sharon Blackie’s work great (her oracle cards, the rooted woman are amazing. Gently, gently trust you and your intuition.
